This morning was incredibly foggy which is very likely what gave away the activity of a very ambitious spider. Little beads of moisture sit on one single strand of a spider’s web – something I likely would have walked through on any other day. Have a look at the pictures and you’ll see the strand that spans the distance from the roof of my car all the way over to the garage next door – a distance of roughly four meters! I’ve highlighted the strand against the garage next door so that you can pick it out more easily. Industrious creatures, aren’t they? Do spiders really jump that far or was it a secret Batman spider?
